The problem
Creative reviews can fragment across messages, files, and meetings. The design challenge is to preserve the nuance of feedback while making ownership and the latest approved direction immediately clear.
The approach
The concept organizes work around moments rather than folders: frame the brief, share a checkpoint, resolve a decision, and hand off with context. A compact activity rail records why the work changed without turning the product into project-management software.
Visual system
Scroll-driven project gallery
Warm paper surfaces meet electric cobalt, oversized annotations, and a flexible editorial grid. Panels slide and stack like material on a studio wall, while restrained spring motion reinforces hierarchy and continuity.
Scroll down. The visuals move left while the work in the center comes into focus.

Concept outcome
The fictional case study resolves into an interactive workflow prototype and a modular interface kit. Its metrics are explicitly concept targets for a future usability test, not claims about a real team.
Illustrative concept measures
The values below are concept targets and do not represent live product analytics.

01Concept target for review context and decision history
A proposed product principle in a fictional project, not a measured customer outcome.
